Quinary Consulting provides tax services and offers solutions to start-ups, individuals, limited liability companies, and not-for-profit organisations.
The primary objective of our tax services team is to minimize our clients’ overall tax burden whenever and wherever possible. In order to achieve this, our tax services are directed towards optimising tax planning opportunities for the clients' investment and financing decisions and routine transactions of the client’s business.

- Provision of tax compliance (computation, review, filing and audit support) for several clients, including the Nigerian subsidiary of a world’s leading enterprise Software Company and a global leader in the consumer electronics business.
- Team lead on provision of tax support to various local and multinational companies in respect of tax audits being conducted by Federal Inland Revenue Service (“FIRS”) and relevant State Board of Internal Revenue.
- Team lead on provision of tax support to a leading indigenous ICT company on claim of tax refund and resolution of tax audit liabilities of about N2.7 billion.
- Team lead on provision of tax support to a company in the agriculture sector on resolution of tax audit liabilities in excess of N7billion
